My budget is 80$, I want a air cooler that's not too big, but can handle overclocking a i5 4690k to about 4 Ghz. The Nocuta ones are pretty good, but sadly the fans are ugly (I'm going for a black/white color scheme). I've also looked at the BQ Dark Rock 3, not the Pro version, It wouldn't fit in the S340, and it seems okay, but I'm not sure about the temps. So, what are your suggestions? Could I just get different fans for the Noctuas, go with the Dark Rock 3, or something completely diferrent?

This would probably be my first choice as a budget option:http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=cryorig+H5&N=-1&isNodeId=1

Anything more capable is either likely to be "ugly" as you put it, or over your budget allowance. Personally I think the Noctua NH-U14S is the best option at about 35 bucks, and you could change the fan to another of their Redux line or Industrial series that are grey and black fan models.
