I want to buy a new pc but I have some second thoughts about the CPU I should take. I will get ATI Radeon 7750HD 1gb DDR5 graphic card, 4gb RAM..
So I would like you to give me some suggestions for CPU that can be used in games like GTA IV, DotA 2, NFS, NBA 2K13, PES 13, and also a CPU that is good to handle Adobe programs (Photoshop mainly), and every other command such as fast internet browsing, video watching, Microsoft Office...
So if I have to decide between 3 of these tell me which one is better and why, and also write some of your own that are in the same category as these CPUs I am about to write:
1. AMD FX - 4100
2. AMD FX - 4130
3. AMD Athlon II X4 641

Reason is that I dont have a big budget and I would more like to get 4-core AMD cpu instead of Pentium Dual Core or Celeron Dual Core

ok... what country do you live in? if it is in north america, stay the hell away from the bulldozer FX processors. Some good choices would be any of the FX X3XX like the FX 4300 or FX 4350. Or what you could do is spend 100.00 on a phenom II x4 965 BE.

If you don't live in north america then the prices would probably be different. But try to get either the fx 4350 or if you can't afford that, then get the phenom II x4 965 BE

SO basically you also need a motherboard. With a budged of 200 euros you can get an FX-6300 and a decent motherboard. At alternate.nl and alternate.de the difference between FX-4300 and FX6300 is 5 euro. The 3 module 6300 will deal way better with Photoshop and After Effects than the 2 module 4300. Also the 4300 is clocked at 3.8 GHz while the 6300 is at 3.5 GHz. You can always do a little overclock to get the 6300 to 3.8 and gain a little extra performance. For a motherboard, since you are on a budget, maybe you should take a look at ASrock motherboards. Best bang-for-the-buck. Been using them for years. Since the 775 socket and I am very happy with them. Haven't had a problem till now.

P.S. Avoid *1** chips. Those are Zambezi chips. (such as 6100, 4100 etc.) Aim for *3** chips. These are the better Vishera cores. (like 6300, 4300, etc. )

Be also advised. Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro (although a bit less) are very very very RAM hungry. Illustrator, In Design, Adobe Audition, Dreamweaver are a consume less RAM. I recommend 8 GB for normal operations with the above mentioned trio of software.
