The i5 is the stronger CPU, it's also slightly more expensive.

As for built in graphics I'm not entirely clued up on Intels 4th gen graphics but from what I've heard the top-range of AMD APUs do feature rather nice onboard graphics, but if you're buying a discrete card then there's no point worrying about that.

You might also consider the FX8350 for around the same price as the i5 (In before being jumped on by fanboys).

what about the Intel Core I5-3470 its only £110 do you no much about it

It is a tosh up between the FX8350 and the none "K" I5 CPU's, really the only reason to get the FX is if OC is planned which then goes back to the AMD AM3+ motherboards which most of the cheaper boards can not handle OC 8cores and really good 990FX boards would be recommended.

you could go 3470 but the really difference is that you pay more for 1% performance. go ivy bridge since is more cooler and cheaper than haswell and is on the same 22nm process.

Check the tomshardware best cpu for the price in the month of December 2013. At the end of the article Intel and amd cpu list is given on tier basis as well as price performance index. Buy as u deemed fit after checking that article. U cant go wrong. Anyway if u go with Intel, I would suggest u to go with 4th gen, bcoz here at my place the price difference between 3rd and 4th gen is around 2-5%only.
