My current system is
MSI z87-gaming
16gb of Gskill RAM
Nvidia 1060ti
i5- 4950

If you had 600-800$ and wanted to get 144hz at 1080p what would you pair with that 1060ti to get the most out of the system for that budget? Only needs to go to CPU/Mobo/RAM as I am transferring the rest from my old build (case, PSU, GPU, Storage)

I was thinking:
Ryzen 5 3600
ASUS ROG Strix B550-F
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (8*4)

Good setup? Ideas? Spend more on the CPU and less somewhere else? Does anyone else stagger their upgrades? The system needs an upgrade badly otherwise I'd be eyeing a 3060 or 3070.

No such thing as a 1060Ti.

You are right, I meant a 1660ti MSI GeForce GTX 1660 VENTUS XS 6G OC to be exact

The processor is also a typo. Are we to assume 1660ti?
Yes and it's an i5-4590
