What CPU should i buy?

Im planning to upgrade my cpu very soon, right now i have

1060 3gb
amd fx 6300 (stock)
win 10
8gb ddr3 ram

Im planning to Stream Games on twitch, and playing competitively. Mostly CSGO
What will give me the best performance for money.

i7 7700 + B250 Motherboard + 8GB DDR4 Ram

I5 7600k + B250 Motherboard + 8GB DDR4 Ram

i5 7600 + B250 Motherboard + 8GB DDR4 Ram

Or some other suggestions.

Please help.

And i wont overclock. The "K" option is for the extra GHz.

If you are going to game and stream you'll want the added threads of the i7. You also might want to think about 16gb of DDR4 RAM, if you can afford it.

I5-7600K on any Z270 based motherboard.
Keep your overclock option open.
It is so simple and safe you may want to reconsider.
Most games depend most on the performance of the single master thread.
At stock 3.8 with a possible turbo of 4.2 you will be doing very well.
But, consider the OC potential:
As of 1/13/17
What percent of samples can get an overclock
at a vcore around 1.4v.
I5-7600K
5.1 28%
5.0 52%
4.9 72%

You will also need a cooler with the K.
I might suggest the scythe kotetsu for $35.
