The G4600 is a Dual Core with Hyper Threading - which makes it 'behave' like a 4 core.... but it's not going to be as strong as one.

The 3770 is a 4/Quad Core, with Hyper Threading - going to be much stronger in CPU intensive titles, like PUBG.

At 720p, you should be able to hit 60FPS without issue with something like a 950. You may have to tweak some settings, depending on the specific GPU you end up with.

The only "gaming" option presented would be the i7-2600 + 560TI, but the GPU specifically is pretty weak by 2018 standards, and I'd highly suggest that firehazard PSU be replaced ASAP.

The i7-3770 is the strongest "gaming" CPU, but it's going to be a SFF motherboard which may or may not allow upgrades......You'd need more RAM (likely), PSU and Case (definitely.

The first option, with a G4600 is a solid offering, for a modern platform. It's on the very budget end though and the DualCore aspect will hinder you in PUBG, especially compared to the i7-3770.

What if replace the gpu and I put in a gtx 950? and I don't think I can play at 60fps on 1080p so I im going for 720p

Im not likely going for the i7-2600 since there is a 3700 but that is my last option I think. Ya i know that the 3700 is the strongest here but my question is would it hit stable 60fps on pubg 720p? paired with IDK 950 maybe?. And what do you mean by "It's on the very budget end though and the DualCore aspect will hinder you in PUBG, especially compared to the i7-3770".

ohhhh I understand now. So now I'm thinking on getting the 3770 shove in 950. Now my question is what decent 720p monitor should I choose?. I play on 1080p monitors on comp shop and turned down the resolution to 720p it looks like garbage. and I heard that 720p reso is not ok on 1080p monitors. Maybe that was the problem

That system sounds like it's a small form factor, so dropping a 950 in there may not be possible - you may have to transplant to another case, which brings it's own 'quirks'.

As for 720p monitors, they're not too-too common these days, and will depend on local availability. A native resolution monitor is always going to be a better idea than non-native.
