What cpu should i choose, i already have an idea.

Im building a new pc and i want reccomendations for a cpu because thats my least educated area of expertise and im thinking of the AMD FX 6300, Has to by am3+ socket my motherboard will be this one

thanks great answer and im glad you pointed this out but could you explain why this is better fro me and what i would need out of my processor to do what I am doing?

It has more cores which allows for better multitasking, as well as running at higher clock speeds.
