It really depends on how much you want to spend and CPU pricing where you live.

Here in the US for $70 you could grab a RYZEN 3 1200
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113446&Description=AMD Ryzen 3 1200&cm_re=AMD_Ryzen_3_1200--19-113-446--Product

But if you are looking to spend more for a faster CPU I'd get a $165 Ryzen 5 2600 and OC it to 3.95 or 4 GHz giving your 2600x performance:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113496&Description=AMD Ryzen 5 2600&cm_re=AMD_Ryzen_5_2600--19-113-496--Product

The Ryzen 5 1500x, 1600x and Ryzen 7 1700 all cost more than the 2600 and are older tech.

I have no idea exactly what RAM make and model you have BUT if you can afford it I'd get a 3000 MHz or 3200 MHz 16 GB RAM kit that is listed on the QVL for your MB so you know they will work at the rated speed without issues.
Ryzen CPUs perform best when paired with faster ram.

As long as your PSU is not a budget model it should be fine for now.
If you upgrade your GPU in the future you will probably need a higher watt PSU.

get ryzen5 2nd gen, you got motherboard for it.
you really dont need ryzen7

also you can Skip AIO, a decent air cooler is more than enough and would work better than AIO. AIO are needed when you push your chip to extreme and keep it there for extended period of time
