What CPU should I get for a home server?

Hey, I was given a free copy of Windows Server 2019 and decided I want to make a physical at-home server. What CPU would be good for this? Mainly, I would use this for hosting a couple game servers and MySQL databases. Possibly a small website, as well.

Certified hardware isn't available yet from Microsoft's OEM partners because Microsoft skipped the release-to-manufacturing (RTM) stage with the early release of Windows Server 2019. "RTM" signifies a milestone when equipment manufacturers test the polished bits on hardware before releasing new integrated products.

Until the WSSD 2019 launch event, a pop-up notice may tell Windows Server 2019 users that the node using the current build of the OS "will be quarantined."

The Windows Server Software Defined (WSSD) launch event is scheduled to be in February. You should be able to get more details then.
