So right now I don't really have such a powerful PC, I bought this for around $500 for bestBuy, in (2012 -13)here are my specs

Processor AMD FX(tm)-4130 Quad-Core Processor

Video Card AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

RAM 8.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit

I really want to get into playing high detail games like GTA 5, Ark Survival, and Etc

but I don't really have such a big Budget, I really want to get the Zotac 1060 6Gb for my graphics but don't know what to get for my cpu, I really don't want to go over 350$

Solution
Fx6300, Fx8320E, Fx8370E. Only.Not the 125w FX 6350/8320/8350/8370

According to amd, in relative performance, if the Fx8320E is 100%, the Fx8370E is 102%, the fx6300 is 85% and the fx4300 is 62%. So a move to an fx 8370E is not quite double the performance of the fx4300 which is about 15% - 20%better than the fx4130. So basically it is double the performance of your current cpu.

yes i want it to be around that amount of money with both GPU and Cpu

Your motherboard will determine just what cpu you can use. If it's a 760g chipset, you'd be looking at a fx6300 or 8370E at best. Some 970 chipsets will barely handle a 125w cpu after bios update, others do well, but the best option would be a 990Fx mobo, which is extremely doubtful since it's a fx4130 cpu in a cheap as possible pre-built.

So pretty much expect a 760g chipset, so a 95w cpu, fx6300, 8320E or 8370E

that is the motherboard i have^^

You can tell right from the rip, it's a 760g chipset, a 760GMA. You'll be stuck at best with any of the 95w cpus, although you won't get much in the way of any real OC since that particular board has 0 heatsinking on the voltage regulatory circuitry surrounding the cpu socket. Also, I'd ditch any idea of using a stock amd cpu cooler and opt for a downdraft style cooler like a Noctua C12 or Phanteks ph-tc12LE. These will do a much better job of keeping that voltage circuitry cooler, which will be necessary with a harder working cpu. AMD stock fans are notorious for abysmal performance.

For my cpu cooler i do have the Hyper 212 Evo, and can u please say again what the best cpu i can get for this mobo?

is there any cheap mobo i can get to run Intel Cpu's and would they be better for it? Im fine with paying alittle more just so i can have the future-proof pc

Sure.

Of course if you want the option to crossfire, that'll cost more and even more if you want a motherboard that'll SLI.

also is there going to be any bottleneck with the zotac 1060 6Gb, and also this mobo, i can even later down put in i7?

is this also going to be fine for gaming, like Gta 5 and Ark

No bottleneck with any of those cpus and a 1060.

Yes that mobo will accept an i3, i5 or i7 without an issue. However, Intel is slightly different to Amd. With Intel, there is no overclocking any cpu without the K. So you could use an i7-6700 or an i7-6700k just fine, but you can't OC the first. Also, to enable any OC, you must use a Z rated motherboard, the H110 cannot be overclocked. So even with a i7-6700k, you still can't OC.
This is important for future upgrades. You'll need to have both K cpu and Z motherboard to OC. So if OC is what you want in the future, your best bet is to purchase a Z motherboard now, so you won't need to replace that as well later, which often makes Windows require another key as Windows is most often keyed to the motherboard. A real pain to fix. So, OC is maybe or probably or an option undecided, buy a Z170, not the H110. It costs more. About $140 for a decent board. OC is a no, don't want, don't care then a H110 is fine. For crossfire or sli, want M.2 ssd option? Better with B150 or H170. Z170 gets you almost all options.

Gta:V really loves a quad core cpu. The i3-6100 has hyperthreading so will run 4 threads, same as a quad, but will take a beating in some games that are very heavy, multiple thread using. Gta:V is such a game, but only once you start adding mods. Ark is a disaster to any pc. It's got pretty awful optimization so runs like crap on anything, as compared to other games. CS:Go shouldn't be an issue getting close to 300fps,but Ark is so bad, you might be lucky to get 60fps. It's the game engine mostly, not the pc fault.

thank you very much for the help 😀

also some Intel cpu comes with the S and T at the end like for example i5-4990S or i5-4570T

finally, what cpu me a good unlocked cpu to run with the z170? nothing too crazy

I picked this out

Intel Core i5-4690K Devil's Canyon Quad-Core
Asus Z170
Zotac 1060 6Gb,

any bottleneck, and what would u pick out if i wanted to do a new build with those Components?

2 different generations.
The 4690k is lga1150. The Z170 mobo is lga1151, not compatible. For the 4690k (great cpu) you'd need last generation mobo, z97. The z97 mobo's use ddr3 ram, so the ram you current own will work. The Z170 uses ddr4 ram, so you have to buy new.
The S and T versions stand for Shortchanged and Turtle. They are every bit the same type of cpu; so a 4440T is same as 4440, except they are clocked at a lower speed for some unknown reason (the silicon could be from a crappy part, so won't be stable at the normal speeds). Usually those cpus are found in the ultra budget, no name brand cheapo closeout stores etc, where ppl see an i5-4440T but only think i5-4440, so it's good. Really, they aren't.
So yes, a 4690k and z97 would be a huge bonus. That cpu can easily handle a gtx1080, so a gtx1060 is really child's play.

what would be a cheapest future proof pc i can build today, to be able to run games like gta5, would really want to see if the 1060 could be fit in. Intel as well

You'll be somewhere between these. The 4460 will last a good long while, long enough that it'll be like now, time to start over. The 6600k will last just as long, if not longer, simply because it's not only slightly newer, but does have options like OC for help with stubborn games, m.2 if that's an upgrade thought, ddr4 will be like ddr3 is now etc. Also, depends on exactly what your definition is of future proof. For some, it's OC ability, for others it's ability to sli, you'll not get that on cheap mobo's, crossfire only. So exactly what the future means is totally different to different ppl. For me, it's the M.2 slot. When my little 128Gb Samsung finally gets ridiculous, I'd like the option for a 500 or better NVMe, but that's me. So maybe in the generation after skylake sometime, I'll bite the bullet and pay for what I want, regardless of budget.
