What CPU socket does my Samsung ATIV 700t use?

I have a Samsung ATIV 700t for work, and i want to be able to play rust, I just need a better CPU to run it, could someone please tell me what type of socket it uses? and what, and wher i should get a new CPU from?

according to google samsung ativ 700t has a Core i5-3317U CPU

FCBGA1023 means soldered onto motherboard
