You have to figure out which one of the apps YOU use uses the most Volts and use that.
Using things that you will never use for real leaves a lot of headroom.
Making different profiles for different work cases is even better.
Have an extreme undervolt going when only browsing and a higher vcore when doing heavy workloads.
