[SOLVED] What cpu to buy with a 1070 ti

I bought a 1070 ti but my cpu is bottlenecking so i would be happy if someone would help me. I will be gaming at 1080p with a 144hz display. So what would be a good cpu for that?

If you were going to replace the motherboard, I would buy 8th or 9th-gen i5 or if you wanted to live-stream your games then Ryzen 7 2700X.
