what cpu to pair whit my gpu

ok so i got a gtx 1050ti ssc thats it nothing else i still need all other parts but for cpu im lost i know i want ryzen but im not sure what...some ppl told me the 1200 is a lil to weak so i was gonna grab a r5 1600 if i can afford it but i read its a bit overkill so would would be a good ryzen cpu to pair whit a gtx 1050ti ssc

well, i have an old build ... amd a10 5800k, 8 gigs ddr3, gtx 1050ti ssc (which was upgraded a few months ago) off-brand gaming mouse, corsair vengeance k70 keyboard 1080p hp monitor

so I'm starting fresh from scratch just using the gpu as far as components go

and roughly like 400-450 for a motherboard PSU ram CPU case...i know crazy tight the wife will kill me if i go to much over lol

ya that's actually perfect,so going whit this setup your recommending the r5 1600 whit my GPU would be a good performance team
 


also, do you think that psu would handle overclocking or should i go whit a 500 watt
