Question what cpu upgrades can i do to my motherboard

hi my motherboard is GA-H81M-S2PT

and i have a g3240 cpu my bios ver is f5

what cpus can i upgrade to originally i thought that i can upgrade to i5 4460 and i7 4790 but it says Compatible with Z87 and Z97 motherboards on the description so i dont know anymore

and also does gtx 10 series work on my motherboard

and is gp 1050b-ocdg power enough for it im in iran so green and cooler master are the best power supply i can come up by

and green is a iranian brand

That GPU-series should work just fine. The PSU should be okay, as well.
