The link you sent tells you which CPU you can put in that system. You have the i5-6400 at the moment in that machine. Table below shows the upgrade path.

Best one is the 6700 but it's not like it's a big game changer for you. I wouldn't upgrade the CPU in that machine.

Ive seen that i wondered if there was any other options maybe 7th gen?
 
The motherboard looks like a standard MATX (AKA uATX ) format.
For any significant improvement is processing power, you are going to need both a motherboard, cpu , and ddr4 ram change.
For <$250, you can probably buy A I3-10100, lga 1200 MATX motherboard and 16gb of DDR4 ram.
That is a modest upgrade.

If your have the funds, look at the i5-11400(or 11400f)
