Question What crashes my pc constantly?

My pc keeps crashing constantly like i cant do anything and i have a random frame on my screen and all i can do is force shutdown. While i play games, especially fps game, it happens when i have bad fps drops, but temperature is normal max. 55⁰C, and CPU is not at a 100%. Everytime my pc crashes in event viewer it says: "Idle power management features on proccesor 0 in group 0 are disabled due to firmware problem" and it says that to all proccesors, but im not sure what this means or if it has any connection to it. Also, it could be a problem of that but i dont have a good pc, like a low end pc, so it also could be that, but i dont think so, cus like weeks ago it worked perfect.

I would run a test on your memory if your temperatures are not an issue. Then consider any new drivers or updates around the time it started as first steps. https://www.memtest.org/

Okay thank you! I'll do that tmrw, and I will tell you what i got from that, not gonna lie I'm kinda lost in this software things.
