What day do you think shipment will arrive?

Currently my video card is in Illinois, and i live in southern Wisconsin. UPS Says it will get delivered on the 2nd. But, is there any chance that it could come on the 31st? The thing is, there is a big notification that says 1 BUSINESS DAY LEFT and New years eve is a business day. So, is there any hope that i will get it.
