[SOLVED] What dies does my memory have? Adata Premier 8GB

Hello, I have Adata Premier 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz CL17 UDIMM (AD4U240038G17S) and I can't figure out what Dies do they use. Here's a couple of read outs, also the die itself after visual identification is labeled as pp005-093 spectek, the only thing that is written on the die.

and Asrock Timing configuration, I've fiddled a bit in Bios so these are not default MHZ and clocks

Have you tried running CPU-Z and looking on the SPD tab and choosing a stick, it should tell you on the DRAM Manufacturer line - Spectek is part of Micron so that would be your answer to that question

I don't know what exact dies it has beyond who makes them, there isn't a great deal of info out there on that detail.

This is exactly what I'm looking for, my best guess is that they are lower binned micron's e but I am not sure. I'm sorry, I thought Die = IC, I'm looking for IC.
