What display would be best on a laptop?

I'm looking at various gtx 10 series gaming laptops and was wanting to get some opinions. Would a 120hz display w/o gsync be better, worse, or the same as a 60hz display with gsync?

Depends on what you're getting it for, what exact games you would be playing, what 10 series, etc. Like a 1060m is not going to hit 120FPS in a game like the latest doom on ultra, but 1080m sli's will easily do it for overwatch, so you need to supply more info.

I mostly play WoW, but I also play several AAA titles like Doom, witcher 3, battlefield 1, and a few others. Looking at 1060 and 1070 options
