What does it mean

As other's said: it's a brand of CPU. It's a word made-up by Marketing that to me sounds like a mashup of Zen (the code name AMD uses for the underlying design architecture of the CPU) and risen.

So if there's any meaning to it, it would be that "AMD has risen from the dead". Considering the state of their desktop CPU performance level, and finances, at the time it launched that has to be considered pretty much spot on.
