What do experts think of this gaming rig build?

What's up guys. I'm building gaming rig based on Maingear's Vybe, and my purpose is for a mid-range rig that can max out most games on 1440p for a year. The entire build centers on the 2-way GTX 980s, so I won't change that, but if any other components are an overkill or a limiting factor, please let me know. Otherwise what do you experts think? Do you see a problem?

Processor: Intel i7 5930k 6-core 3.5/3.7 GHz.
Graphic: 2-way GTX 980 SLI
Memory: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4
Power Supply: 860 Watt
Hard Drive: 1TB Samsung EVO SSD
Monitor: Asus Rog Swift PG278Q
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

No need for the X99 platform. Save some money and get a 4690k or 4790k with a z97 board.
