What Do I buy with my gpu?

I have a gtx 950 oc 2gb gpu... Im not worried about ultra or high settings (BUT) I want to record or stream maybe.. I dont have the money in my pocket to get a new gpu but Id like to spend alot on everything else but Im looking for advice for what to get that will make this gpu work with streaming? All pc parts except the gpu!

Streaming puts more load on CPU, so you want to upgrade CPU, not GPU.
