Question What do I change to get it stable?

Hello,

First time trying to overclock my CPU. Currently running i7 960 on a Asus Sabertooth x58 MOBO. Did it the lazy way and found settings for a 4.2 Ghz overclock, but it gets way too hot under a stress test. I'm guessing I'll have to try 4 Ghz, but I don't know what to change. Help would be appreciated!
