Question What do I do after resetting cmos?

What do I do after resetting the cmos? My boot up is on a m.2. Do I just select that and that’s it?

Do I have to partition the drive or whatever? I’m a complete noob to all of this

It should boot right away but you may have to repeat all changes made to BIOS before, like setting XMP again.
