I have just over $100 and my PC is currently holding an AMD Athlon X2 Processor and an Integrated graphics card which sucks. What do I do?

Save your money for a new system, your old one probably isn't worth upgrading. A little over $300.00 will get you into a new system capable of some light gaming and you can add a graphics card later.
