Question What do i do if my PC doesn't post after OC?

Hello everyone
Even after studying for weeks I still went and tried to overclocking my PC. I put the computer into sleep mode and returned about an hour later. The PC wouldn't come out of sleep mode so I restarted. No luck. Then I cleared the CMOS by jumping. No luck. Then I removed the battery, jumped and reinstalled the battery. No luck. I don't know how to do a parameter recall but I'm sure the troubleshooting I already did should have done the job. It's a brand new asus prime b660 and I'm afraid I destroyed it. 🤷🏻‍♂️ can someone help?

What happens when you turn it on, any beep or light on the board?

The lights on my dramm and graphics card come on including the fans. But I do not get the one beep that should happen when the PC posts. I can't even shut the PC down when I hit the power button. I have to hold the power button down in order to shut down the PC.
