Right, so this CPU: http://prntscr.com/c64lmk
And this Mobo: http://prntscr.com/c64mjm
These are what I'm looking at, this is final.

What will happen when I change Motherboard? I have a small idea (Welcome to Instructables) Of how to change a motherboard physically, but will anything else have to be changed?

Will I have to tinker with anything else, like BIOS or something? Or will it just work like it did but it with a lot more power under the belt?

I have Windows 7 64 bit.
My Motherboard is a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R
CPU: Intel i7 930
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 (3x4GB)
My PC's C: Drive is an SSD of a 100GB, and D: Drive is an HDD of 1TB.
My PSU is a Corsair HX850w
My Graphics Card is a Gigabyte R9 390 OC Edition
Any other parts you need the specs of I can list, but those are the ones I know off the top of my head.

And changing to what motherboard?
