What do I do now? Please help

I have finished building my computer with all the parts added and I installed Windows 10. But i still have no internet access with the computer and cannot go back into the bios. I put in the disk that came with my motherboard and nothing shows up the screen just stays normal. What do I do from here? I don't have a usb to download from another computer I'm not sure if maybe I missed a step or simply doing something wrong

Should be able to go into my computer and run the disk for the board it should have the drivers required to run you Networking

Once I put in the disk how to I upgrade it? I found some things to upgrade but it just said they didn't need upgrade. It's possible I'm upgrading the wrong thing never done this before not sure what to click on

i guess you need manualy .open file and click on the cd-rom drive

Should be an auto run or setup file on the CD, run them and install everything
