Okay so I have 6fans in the front going threw radiator pulling in then one on back for exhaust then 2 on the top as exhaust but not turned up as high. Then I have the other fan on top right infront of radiator. I plugged it into its own spot and turned it to point in. I was wondering if putting it on at lowest speed to kinda push the cold air down before it gets sucked out top? pc i think thats a link to the pic dont know why i cant put a picture here View: https://imgur.com/a/ZpxP7mF

Solution
I had a fan drawing air in like that and honestly it made no positive difference just ended up with more dust in the case. Given that you have the radiator in the front pulling air in you could just have that top right exhaust at low speed.
I would remove that top mounted fan that's secured to the top of the case, that way you're not having the cooler air brought in from the front of the case being sucked out to the top. In retrospect the fan at the front top of the case, drawing air in could recycle the warmer air being expelled by the fan next to.

8 or 10 fans total?

There's a reasonable chance what you do with 1 fan won't matter.

Are you willing to experiment?

ummm what? im leaving all the fans in for the lights atleast i will turn off the ones i dont need. Thats what im asking about the top right should i just leave it off or turn it on blowing in slightly

With 6 fans, one fan speed wouldn't make any difference, specially with AIO cooler as you don't have to wory about airflow around CPU cooler. It's all fine as you set up. I have it same way except that those 3 case fans I connected to CPU_FAN Aux so all fans now adjust speed according to CPU temps. My reason ; when CPU works hard producing more heat all other elements on the MB also heat up. Other reason is that now when they work at same speed, there are no strange noises that disturb harmonics. With my CPU that can safely go to 90c, I set the fan speed curve flat from minimum rpm at idle to max at 80c.
Ps. Just noticed that that hoses are at the top of radiator but it's better to be at the bottom.
