What Do I do

Okay hey guys I bought an HDD from a guy on eBay , and I dont just buy from anyone I buy from HIGHLY rated sellers. The problem is before I build my computer I was going to see if the windows 7 that was supposed to be installed would work. So I plug in this HDD and unplugged the original and it brings me to the boot screen giving me 3 options. Two are the same but they are

Windows 7
Windows Vista/Windows 7

I've picked all three and it starts to load then it just restarts and asks me which one to pick again. I tried to system restore it and that won't work. What do I do?

you don't have the license for that version of windows, so don't even try.

So, can I wipe it out and use the HDD?

format the disk, either when you are installing windows or from within windows, just make sure you pick the right disk.
