what do I have to do so I don't have to F12

I have a dell 5150 and all of a sudden it won't boot. I have to F12 to boot. What do I have To do to fix this

On my Dell laptop, F12 chooses boot media (harddrive, optical drive, USB etc). Go to BIOS (F2 after power-up), and change your boot order to start with harddisk.
