Good day,

For a small business company made of ~50 employees, who all wirelessly connect to the isp router, what things will i need to form a better Network infrastructure environment?

Will a switch be needed? i mean , if all the pc's are connected wireless to the router, other then a cisco firewall " better security" what will i need?

And another Q, i have 3 different routers from three different isp's , is it possible to connect the three to one smart switch,by which the switch will automatically broadcast "ISP 1" so the other pc's would connect to the prefered network and leave the other two "isp's" as backup to be used when isp 1 disconnect?

Thank you.

To combine the three ISPs you would need a load balancing router with >2 WAN ports, so probably a 4 port model, something like an EnduraLINK ER-1124 or equivalent in a different brand.

To that router you will need to add access points for your wireless clients, but you will need commercial quality APs, as consumer models top out at around 10-15 users. Why so many wireless users instead of wired?

ah kk ,thx for the tip.

and all the employees use laptops because sometimes they hold meetings in different rooms thats why they have everything connected wirelessly
