What do I need for my gaming PC???

Looking to buy a new PC from cyberpower and I want to know the most efficient way to go about it for what im looking for. I have a 1080p dual monitor setup and i want to comfortably run games with near ultra settings with at least 60 fps And want to basically be able to use one monitor for gaming while using the other for web browsing and whatnot. Also will be using this for school purposes.. Don't need monitors or anything but looking for a build around 1000$. So basically looking for what i need to do all that comfortably.

This is what i currently have planned, wondering what i should change and add not that experienced with this sort of stuff:

and why in a 1000$ build is there a gtx 950
