What do I need in order for Dark Souls 3 to run smooth ?

So was it my processor that is the problem ? when i try to play it fps drops and it has too much lag.

Hard to say for sure as you didn't tell us anything about your PC other than the CPU and your RAM.

That only tells us the series of your GPU. Use speccy or just look at the GPU and find out exactly which one it is.

You *should* be doing better with League of Legends than Dark Souls 3. The R7 200 series ranges from the R7 240, which is sub-entry level at this point to an R7 270, which was a competent budget GPU. Very large difference.

Your upgrade path for a CPU isn't that promising as you have a budget motherboard that's not really suitable for running 125W CPUs.
