I have the following:
ASRock H81M-ITX/WIFI LGA 1150 Intel H81 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard

Expansion Slots
PCI Express 2.0 x16 = 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x16
Mini Card Slots = 1 x Vertical Half Mini-PCI Express Slot: For WiFi Module

Onboard LAN
LAN Chipset = Realtek RTL8111GR
Max LAN Speed = 10/100/1000Mbps
Wireless LAN = WiFi-802.11n Module
  • 1T1R 150Mbps IEEE 802.11n / 54Mbps IEEE 802.11g / 11Mbps IEEE 802.11b
  • Supports Station mode (Infrastructure mode and Ad-hoc mode)
Contains
  • 1 x WiFi-802.11n Module
  • 1 x SMA WiFi Antenna Cable
  • 1 x ASRock WiFi 2.4 GHz Antenna
  • 1 x WiFi Module Bracket
  • 2 x Screws for WiFi Module
After upgrading my internet speed to 200Mbps/200Mbps I found out that my wireless card only does the 2.4 GHz band.
What do I need to buy to upgrade my wireless card so that it can handle the 5 GHz band and Gigabit Internet speeds?

I tried a Wireless USB Adapter:
USB WiFi Adapter 1200Mpbs ANEWKODI USB 3.0 Wireless Network Adapter with Dual Band 2.4G/5G 802.11ac High Gain 5dBi Antenna WiFi Adapter
I got the speed in the beginning but it was very finicky and I had to unplug/plug it in, or restart my computer, etc... to get it to work. Now it's not working at all and it just seems more hassle than necessary.
I figure if I simply replace the wifi card inside that it should be more dependable wifi.

Any help/direction is greatly appreciated. I hope I've provided the appropriate information.
