what do i need to install on new hard drive to make wifi work

I have installed a new hard drive in a dell laptop. I have installed the chipset from Dell's website. My only problem is that I can't get the drivers for wifi to install. Any help would be great.

You need the Wireless network card drivers. For a new Windows setup you also need video and audio drivers, power manager, possibly USB drivers
