monitor (titan 31 inch)
cpu cooling: intel original cpu fan

I am getting 60 fps on fortnite on the lowest settings and things aren't rendering at all what do i do?

Also, try and reinstall your GPU drivers. Use DDU to uninstall them and then source the latest from Nvidia's support site. How old is the PSU? Why did you pick a B365 motherboard and pair it with a K suffix processor?
