Im planning on upgrading my gpu to an Nvidia Gtx 970 perhaps so what things would I need to upgrade. If i need to upgrade almost everything what would be the best gpu to get without upgrading? Im looking to get about 100 fps on medium settings at least.

GPU and power supply. You'll want to use a Tier 1 or Tier 2 unit of 550w or more, unless you're overclocking in which case go 650w or more, as listed here:

your cpu will bottleneck the gtx 970 ...i suggest you maybe a gtx 960 or r9 270X gpu card

keep the ram, storage and case
get an xfx pro 550W psu
then start focusing on GPU.

The 970 will be fine with your CPU. I see guys running them with i3's, G3258's and FX-4 core chips all the time. There may be SOME minimal bottlenecking, but not enough to be an issue except on titles that are heavily CPU intensive.

Everyone else saying huge bottleneck and u say minimal so i don't really know who's right, but If i would get the 970 do you think I would need to upgrade my 430W power supply? I could upgrade CPU later If needed

ANY GPU you get, worth getting, aside from the GTX 960, is going to require a larger, AND better quality PSU, than that crappy 430w Corsair CX series unit. No offense. It's just not a very good PSU. Your best upgrade option with the least investment would probably be a GTX 960, at about two hundred bucks, that battles it out with the 280X and is a LOT more powerful than your current card, and a good PSU like this:
