What do i need to upgrade?

So I'm currently looking for a better graphic card, or do i even need a better graphic card? I feel like i want more fps, smoother gameplay, etc. Here are my specs.
Graphic card: GeForce GTX 760
Memory: 16 gb ram
O/S: windows 8.1
CPU: Intel core i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
Model: ASUS PC M51AC Series

I'm a bit new to computers so just tell me what i should upgrade, my budget is around 500 dollars.

Definitely swap out your graphics card. I have the same one and it hurts me every time I turn my PC on and hear it. Furthermore, you have a pretty good CPU so your GPU is really the bottleneck for you right now.
