Does my Dell N5010 have a wireless network data card built in and do I need a router to connect it to my wireless kodak esp 7?

Check the manual for the Dell at the Dell site. Or go Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager and have a look.

Figure that out then worry about the printer.
