Question What do i replace to get rid of this?

After failing simple tasts such as changing my wallpaper or even closing a tab my pc restarts and shows either blue and green pixels,a pink screen or even recently this : https://www.dropbox.com/s/12h0wrziz499iaw/ERR_OR PICTURE .png?dl=0

I've also been experiencing what i think is gpu related issues where games automatically crash on my pc,not sure if this is related to that or not
What would help my issue please?

My gpu is Nividea Geforce GTX 760,I have 8GB of ram,My SSD is 240GB,my HDD is 1863GB,My cpu is Intel Core i5 3330,MoBo is MSI H61M-P31/W8.My psu is integrator 500w Hope this helps!

Please provide a list of the computers components:
Motherboard
GPU
CPU
System memory
PSU

If you're unable to provide the list I would suggest taking the computer to a repair shop.

Your CPU has integrated Intel 2500 graphics so the first suggestion would be to move your monitor connection to the motherboard graphics plug and see if the screen corruption is still there.

I have tried that,and no display so I'm guessing I don't have igpu?

You have to change the option in the motherboard BIOS to use the integrated graphics.

I would try that monitor somewhere else. Bright light in the middle suggests a problem with monitor.

Could be overheating issue or it's that low quality old model PSU.

I have bought thermal paste and the problem still persists,do you not think it is the cpu or gpu? And i will probably end up upgrading my psu see if that has any effect,thanks
