Question What do the different parts of CPUID mean in the SPD section?

The link doesn't work for me, says the link can't be reached. You could just as easily parsed an Imgur link after hosting the image there. Can you please parse the rest of your specs to add as more food for thought towards your build? List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Include the BIOS version you're working with and the version for your OS, provided you're on Windows 10, you should ideally be on version 20H2.
 
I'm not very knowledgeable with this parts, so can someone explain what all these numbers mean and at what frequency my ram is running at?

Which numbers ?
SPD tab shows memory capabilities, Memory tab will show you what it's running at.
Looking at SPD tab, your RAM is made by Corsair, using Samsung chips with base speed of 2133MHz (in one of those JEDEC configurations) and up to 3000MHz when XMP is set in BIOS.
