What do they mean "DUAL" 1950pro 1GB

There are two 1950 GPUs and a Crossfire chipset on the One Card.
Basically Crossfire for those with one 16x PCIe slot on their Mobo.

Two of these cards "should" give you a "Quadfire" setup. 8O

Too bad they started selling it so late... it would have been pretty cool if it came out around the time of the 7900GX2

Did anyone notice at the specs that it says 12+12 pixel pipelines? erm... i believe they meant 36+36...
No, 12+12 is correct. There are 12 pixel pipelines each with 3 pixel shaders and a TMU. The Radeon X1950 architecture page on EliteBastard's review will do a better job explaining it than I ever will (or TGGA here for that matter).

Sorry, you are right, i read pixel shaders in my mind, although i typed pipelines. It's confusing sometimes after some work at the office! lol
