my os - core 2 duo e7400/LGA775(fsb-1066mhz---cache..3mb)
- p5kpl-am-in mobo
-2 gigs of ram(but thinkin of bumping into a 4gb in a day or two if needed)
-450 watt (not branded psu)-(also upgrading in day or two)
-160gb sata hard
-upgrading a zotac gts 450 vga in a day or two

i think my prossr supports 64 bit ....... im using win 7 32 bit (ultimate)

will my gaming performance increase if i upgrade my system 2 64 bit???

what difference will it make??

It won't matter to much you. Anything your GTS 450 can handle should do fine with Win 7 32's 3.5GB maximum. Only benchmarking can confirm though. But if you have a Win7 32 key, it should work on a 64 install--so since it's no cost to you, you definitely should upgrade.
