1.Is this compatible?

2.And another thing,i have heard that if i get a RX 550 i would get better performance,whicjh i dont get how that happens since tehnicaly the 7950 i better,right?

1| Yeah they seem to be in line with each other however the PSU is borderline for that system. you should get a hold of a 550W or more wattage unit. If Corsair is all you have access to, get the Corsair CX550M unit.

2| The argument people will make is that the newer GPU is based on the new architecture, lower power draw and has current support for drivers. I would suggest you work with what you have at the moment.

We don't know where you're located and we don't know of your budget. Often times one part might be cheap in any given location/region only to find it's the most expensive component in the industry due to lack of supply/demand in another region.
