Question what do you all think of this? MSI aegis 12c

im coming into some money soon and thinking of getting a new rig. this one: https://www.londondrugs.com/msi-aeg...s---black/L2325551.html?cgid=vgame-pc-desktop

my days of building computers are over and i dont have knowledge i used to have. now i know all of your complaints about pre-builts but this one isnt bad and its on sale. its customizable with normal parts, (i have some ddr4 lying around and a 1tb ssd) the only thing that worries me is the "550 80+ B" psu the specification shows on the MSI website. also its an "f" cpu. that means i cant troubleshoot graphic problems with the igp.

on newegg.ca i find this rig for 2k+ right now

ill be using it for gaming (fps) football madden, rts. movies @60FPS on a old 23.8" 1080p viewsonic. maybe upgrade to a 27" 165hz later.

thanks for your input.

I'd put a hard pass on the case, since it's more of a hotbox than a chassis for your parts, the other pass would be limiting yourself with the F suffix processor since you've mentioned the benefits of having an iGPU. If we're to believe the image on the listing, then a single 120mm AIO by MSI is something I wouldn't touch with a stick or a 10 foot pole, let alone have it in a PC. Having more wattage at your disposal would mean your PSU can be held on for a longer period of time.

I would still look into building a PC from the ground up using PCPartPicker and leveraging the community's expertise with parts choices.

Perhaps give this thread a shot and stylize a followup post?

your right about the aio cooler. tho its not the one in the pic. the "tc" series of msi has air fans.
about the case. my room is very cool constant 68c and the most demanding game i play is the sniper elite series. lol.
and also i want to eventually upgrade to the new i7 14XX when they come out which i will probably swap the psu also.
i just hope the msi b660 mobo will support it.

valid arguements tho...thanks LUT
