Question What do you do when there are no more PWM connections in motherboard?

Most fans sold today are PWM and I am already using 2 PWM slots in my TUF Asus motherboard. (1 chassis for fan and another for CPU). All my other fans are case fans connected through 3 pin connection. I want to replace a fan with a better one but have no more PWM. All the good fans are PWM these days.

And that one is the correct design; one male connector is missing its RPM (tach) pin so the BIOS only reads one fan for speed. Best if you can use matching fans on the splitter, but not mandatory.
