Question what do you guys think about this gaming build?

I mainly intend to use this PC for 1080p gaming, as well as some CAD and video game design. I am not sure if I should go for a better motherboard or the one I got is good enough. Other than that, if you can think of any changes that would improve this build (my budget is about $1200, monitor included), I would greatly appreciate it if you told me, as I’m just a newbie and not even remotely close to being knowledgeable.
