What do you guys think of my build?

I'm getting some feedback on my build. If there is anything you recomend upgrading please let me know!

CPU: Intel i7 4790
Graphics Card: EVGA Gtx 760 SC Edition
Memory: (2x4gb) G.Skill Sniper
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2 (rev 2.0)
PSU: Cougar CMX700

Wait a month, or until Q1 2015 if you can, because the GTX 960 is on the verge of being announced for around 220$, and by Q1 2015 the red team will come up with something to beat the 960 too, for cheaper.
If you go ahead and buy a 760 now, you will almost definitely regret the decision a month later, so don't do that!
And that PSU is overkill by the way!
So is the i7 4790.
You simply don't put a high end processor on a cheap motherboard like that!

If this is for gaming, change the CPU to an i5 4460, and the the GPU to a gtx970. That is what I wouold do.

On top of the other advice given here... Stick with XFX or Seasonic for a quality PSU. No Cougar...
